Verizon acquires subscription video service Vessel, will shut it down on Oct. 31

Vessel co-founders Jason Kilar and Richard Tom Verizon is buying Vessel, the subscription video service founded by Jason Kilar (Hulu’s former CEO) and Richard Tom (its former CTO).
